The cost-effective weight room bench can be stored vertically and hang about 17.5" out if pressed up against a wall.  

The 2X AB is easily adjustable and comes with 6 different back adjustment options(0°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 75°, and 90°), as well as three seat pad adjustments (0°, 10°, and 20°). We added a premium knurled handle for easy transport around your commercial or home gym. The 3-post design adds stability and provides ample legroom for lifters.
