The 20kg to 5kg weights are flat on top with a recessed grip handle for easy handling and gripping. Weights from 5kg to 1kg are cylindrical in shape with a groove near the top for easy handling and gripping. Weights below 1kg are straight cylinders. All weights are manufactured with adjusting cavities. Weights 5kg and below as well as the weight set come in a polypropylene case.
