As expected, light weight to transport to the pool. Amazing how well they workThis product provides great resistance during water aerobics. These green weights provide more resistance than the red ones I used previously so may not be right for beginners or those with weak arms. But for me, they are perfect for biceps and triceps workouts!I went up a size when I bought these, and they're perfect for my goals, age, workout style, and budget.These weights are comfortable to use and the correct weight for me.Bought to use in water aerobics class. Got the medium weight ones. Love having my own so I can workout when I'm in the pool or lake by myself.Theraband is a very good product, but it was difficult to choose the best version for me. There was no/limited information on the dimensions or use of force indicated to be able to select the best version for me. The color coding seems to have changed as well. Now I have to buy a second set; another $30 down the drain (so to speak).I really like these for the pool, however, they are starting to deteriorate. The foam is crumbly and making a mess. I used for two pool seasons; April- September.These water aerobic foam weights are the best! I’ve tried several different types of foam weights in water classes and I think this brand and style is the very best. We’ll made, easy to hold and use, and they dry quickly.Perfect for my purposes. I’m very aggressive with them in the water so it’s a good thing they have reinforced ends. I bought a Couple cheaper pair and they started disassembling after a few months. These ones here are WAY sturdier. Worth the few extra bucks. Also has sturdy styrofoam vs cheaper ones that are spongier.The product was exactly what I expected. The resistance was perfect for starting out using water weights. For those who lift weights you many need to get one with more resistance. It was a little too expensive and I could have ordered it much cheaper but time was a factor in this case. I could have paid 1//2 of this price but I would have had to wait 4 to 6 weeks for delivery plus Sellers at the lower price did not offer Prime shipping.On the third attempt we finally got the. Green weights that we originally ordered. The packaging was good, product is as described.These are excellent for physio & exercise in the pool! If you struggle with any chronic condition and find it difficult to exercise, try these- they make a world of difference!
