We spent part of the summer in a place with an available pool. I’m used to jogging almost daily in our pool and was shocked when I went into the pool near the rental house: it was 2 feet deep for half the length, and then I walked over a cliff into water over my head! So no jogging was possible. I know some people who do water aerobics and thought a flotation belt might work for me as well. This one is perfect. It’s not big and bulky, yet it holds me in the right place to “ride” an invisible, imaginary bicycle in the pool.Love this flotation belt. It will fit many sized women. It slides up under the breast and belt it as tight as possible for the most comfortable that way. I am 250lbs and 5ft 1” and I have 5-6 inches of unused belt on either side of the clip. It completely holds you up in water where you are not touching the bottom.This belt has worked very well. It hold you up and is easy to work out in the water. There was another person in my water aerobics class and she felt the same way. I returned mine.The belt is well made. But, based on my first use, the belt rides up when I’m in an upright position in the pool. When exercising on my back it works fine.I love this swim belt. I use this in my aqua class.
