The perfect size weighted bags. I've been to a couple of yoga studios that have these and when I saw them on sale...whoo....wooo!!! I currently have hand size weights for clients to use during my sound bath and tiny ones for use on the third eye. This one is larger and gives one a nice comforting weight. Cozy like. I plan to use several of them as gifts in the swag bags for upcoming retreats. Great quality as you get a bag to put the rice or whatever you decide to fill them with and then the nice quality outside bag. I love the tree of life on them.
