It also features a sun-dial adjuster on the knee support beams to ensure the lat pull down and low row accommodates to all heights and limb lengths.

Although cable attachments are not included with this machine, it does feature adjustable knee support beams, an elevated foot rest and a rigid foot plate. These features increase the safety and stability of the lat pull down, ensuring you can work with heavy weights when training solo. Enhancing not only the integrity of the machine, these features also help to bring an authentic commercial feel to your workouts.
