Got for my son. It's a nice set. Ends are rubber coated so doesn't damage floor.They are perfect. Just what I needed and they look slick.The pair of weights arrived timely and without damage. They did not have a chemical smell or any smell. As another reviewer mentioned, these weights are 14.6 lbs each, not 15 lbs. They feel comfortable in the hand and I am very happy with my purchase.These were shipped promptly. I read a lot of reviews where people said they got other rubber encased bar bells and they smelled awful. These had no odor at all. They were perfect.The dumbells were everything and more as was described in the product information. I bought them to use at my vacation home. The dumbells were exactly what I wanted. Yay.For a premium-priced weight that supposedly "eliminates the odor associated with rubber dumbbells," I was disappointed.I soaked and washed and scrubbed and let them air out for several days, but still found the smell intolerable.Bought these dumbbells at the beginning of the pandemic, when workout equipment was difficult to find.Turns out, these dumbbells were an excellent investment. Two years later, I'm still using them three or four times a week for my at-home workouts.I bought 8-, 12- and 15-pound sets -- all are excellent. These dumbbells have a good grip on them, no odd smell, and store easily on my weight rack.Recommended.Just what I wanted. Exlnt quality.
