I have never measured the actual weight of the egg weights but they feel like they are the right weights. they are simply weights and do as intended. The fit is much better for throwing punches and would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to get better with their striking.This is the second pair I’ve bought. I got the Cardio Max 3lb set about a year ago and they’re still holding up great. My fiancé wanted to get into my workouts with me and I felt that I was ready to move the weight up a little bit so the 4lb Knockout set was a no brainer. Already LOVE them.Felt very light I bought the 2.5 each pair but only one came so I got these instead and it was half the price, overall definitely better than using 5 pounds for shadowboxing or other techniques. Love them.These are the perfect way to add a little extra umph to your walking . I’m not a big workout person, just an avid walker and these help make up for that. I got the 2# each pair. I can easily do all kinds of arm lifts just like you would with regular dumbbells.I really like these egg weights to increase the intensity of my treadmill workouts. The only problem I had was that I was sent the 3 lb pair instead of the 4 lb and didn’t notice right away. The seller did agree to give partial refund and I will order the 4 lb weights again.I bought these to use for shadow boxing, they are AWESOME! The price tag was big but the design makes it worth it for me. I could have spent 1/4 of the price on small dumbbells but the design of egg weights is what I wanted. Only 2 lbs each hand but the weight is concentrated in your palm making them feel heavier. The only thing I didn’t like was that they were in a small box, inside of a bigger box with nothing else so during shipping they got tossed around and the smaller box was all but thrashed. That’s amazon not egg weights though. They were sandy or something but a quick wipe down and they were good to go! I recommend this product if you can afford it. The design makes it worth itNice weight and shape, lends itself well to shadow boxing. Not taxing to wrists like a dumbbell would be, a useful tool for building strength and adding intensity to your workout.Great shoulder workout.Ordered from UK and came a week early of expected date . These are incredible for jogging and shadow Boxing which is a real workout especially doing 3 min rounds with these . The 4lb knockout set are brilliant and im glad to finally have a set , get them you'll be glad .Only one arrived, was supposed to be a pair.Returned the item, currently awaiting refund.This is quite clearly presented as two egg weights yet I was only sent one! This must be a mistake, I'd appreciate it if EggWeights could contact me and resolve this.Like others I expected to get the 4lb ones as 2 x 4lb. not 2 x 2lbs. My fault for not reading but I can pick up a 2lb weight very cheaply at the local fitness shop. I was hoping that for the PREMIUM PRICE they charge it would be much more unique.Also I ordered two sets but only got one. Most expensive $125 hand weights I have.Exactly as expected, and super useful.
