When I thought the package had gotten lost, the seller immediately went to send a replacement. Luckily in the end it showed up before it could have been sent out. Very kind and fast response/service for something that wasn't their fault whatsoever.As far as the product, they get the job done. I've been working out with them for about a week and I'm very pleased with my purchase. They are better than the ones at the gym. I plan on buying future heavier weights from them in the future.I am a woman, 5'6 with pretty strong hands and in ok, getting stronger shape. I bought the 5 and 8 pound sets and love them. Nice grip, feel good. Love them.Then, as I got stronger, I decided to order the 10, 15, 20 lbs sets and wow, I should have read more reviews. As the weights get higher the hand grip gets thicker and thicker in a not good way. The 10 lb is ok for me and I am keeping but the 15 lb is THICK. It is hard to get a good or safe grip. Not ergonomic. My husband, who is very strong and 6'1" can use the 15s but doesn't like them either. The 20s are INSANELY THICK. Likely trying to grip two summer sausages. Not good, not safe.So... 8 lb and below = 5 starts. 15 lb and above is 3 stars. 10 is ok for me but getting thick. 12.5....didn't try but suspect they would be too big for me or borderline. Bummer. Terrible design on the upper weights.UPDATE: I received exceptional customer service from this seller. I made a stupid mistake when shipping my return & they were EXTREMELY helpful sorting things out. They went above & beyond.First I’d like to say I appreciate the seller authorizing my return. At 1st glance, the weights appeared similar to others I own. However when I grabbed them to try curls, they felt very awkward. I quickly realized the issue was the width of the grip area. Although they might work for men, they’re not likely to be ergonomic for most women. In my opinion, the manufacturer didn’t do enough testing before approving the design.These are well made, good looking, and easy on your hands.Neoprene dumbbells are my workout weights of choice. They are easy to grip and will last a long time because of their durability. These were a reasonable price as well.The quality on these dumbbells seems really good so far. I should have read the reviews indicating the thickness of the bar. As a petite woman, the bar is way too thick causing a very uncomfortable lift. DisappointedGot a pair of 12-lb neoprene dumbbells which were not easy to find on the market during the covid-19 pandemic. Very happy with them - just what I wanted. Had a glitch with the first delivery attempt but the seller was very helpful in rearranging a replacement, I am grateful to them for their kind assistance.Pricey but good. No complaints.
