This fantastically designed feature works by using the leg press in reverse to the rest of the machine. Just flip the preacher pad around to be used as a back support and you're ready to get those legs burning!
The leg press can be set to different positions, accommodating to most users heights and limb lengths. Also, do not underestimate the 80kg weight stack, as the cleverly designed pulley system can generate up to 190kg of resistance.
